New stuff
Another week with single stuff. My first pillow cover from Kiniro Loveriche – Soma Ria. One of the two flatter-chested heroine/sub-heroine in the game. The other one is Mina but I’m not sure whether or not to get hers.
Thankfully no cigarettes involved here.
Next one is Reina which should arrive around end of August.

As for anime, no change. Kinda want to watch FMP and some other titles.
Daily life
Sold all computer stuff I put up. The loss is around 10k including old stuff. Also sold two tapestries which the guy hasn’t pay yet. The tapestries sold for profit overall for once.
Started putting up more stuff as well. Hopefully they sells.
Didn’t buy anything this week. Well, apart of one CPU (?).
Stocks are doing rather terrible this last few days ;_;

CPU, graphics card, and operating system (part 2)
Continuing last week (yes), I figured if I use Xeon for desktop instead, I can have Windows 8.1 which is better than Windows Server 2012 R2 in some ways. So that I did. As FreeBSD isn’t quite stable on Ryzen yet, I need some stopgap measure until they sort it out.
I ended up getting a Xeon E3-1220 which is more or less the Xeon equivalent of my first desktop I bought with my own money (i5-2400).
Nostalgic point aside, the CPU itself still performs pretty well and handled stuff I do with not much difficulty. Excel lags a bit and converting stuff takes a bit longer but otherwise it’s not too bad. Ryzen being not that much faster per-core kinda helped, I guess?
Once FreeBSD on Ryzen becomes stable, I’ll move server to that and upgrade the desktop CPU to current server CPU which is slightly faster (E3-1230v2). I’ll need to buy a better case to handle all the hard drives though. And more. Something like 10 drives would be nice, I think. Cables hell notwithstanding.
