Most of hits to this site come from search term ‘Saki 13′. Apparently this is the most successful Gonzo series after Druaga (S1)?
Anyway if you really want to watch it subbed you may want to pay CR to get early access to the subs (basically speaking, they’re the fastest subber for Saki and also used as base of some subs out there). Be careful about its video quality though :/
